Your brief

What we learn about your role.

One call, six areas, 58 fields, of which 40 are essential: until they are filled, the role cannot be matched or ranked.

  1. The product

Your product in one line, the ICP buyer titles of the people who actually sign, and the competitors you displace.

  2. The motion

Seat type, market segment, ACV band, sales cycle, expected deals per quarter, inbound vs outbound, and where growth comes from.

  3. The team and the seat

New seat or backfill, quota carriers in the team, who the hire reports to, and whether a playbook exists or must be built.

  4. The money

Base range, commission basis and a realistic OTE: what your best and median reps actually earned.

  5. The filters

Hard must-haves, hard exclusions, location and hybrid.

  6. The process

Your interview stages, who interviews, the timeline and the submissions you want.

  • 58 fields on every role brief
  • 40 essential before we match or rank
  • Inferred marks anything we fill from research, not from you

Matched by Motion

Six weights, set for your role.

After your call we set six weights totalling 100, and they move with the role. Every candidate is then scored against them to give a Match %, and ranked.

  • Motion fit

Seat type, segment, ACV, cycle and inbound vs outbound, like for like.

  • Buyer fit

Raised where the buyer is unusual.

  • Sector fit

Lowered where the product is horizontal.

  • Seniority fit

    Raised for leadership seats.

  • Tenure

    Raised for a private-equity-backed client.

  • Location

Near zero for a remote role.

Auto-reject rules

The hard filters, applied before anything is scored. Few, and defensible.

A one-line ideal profile

Written after your call: the line every match runs against.

From your call to a ranked shortlist

Why the Ramp Fee exists

We have a genuine stake in every placement.

Why one price

No haggling. No favourites.

  • Speed

SaaS sales hiring moves fast, and fee negotiation slows it down. One published price leaves nothing to negotiate.

  • Equal advocacy

No client gets a better or worse deal than its competitors, so we advocate for every client equally, without preference.

The small print

Summarised from our terms (version October 2026).

Replacement guarantee
Applies when the introduction fee is paid in full within 14 days and you tell us in writing within 7 days. Not where the role ends through redundancy or restructuring, or where the role, base, OTE, location or working arrangements were materially changed. We get the chance to fill the role; the guarantee lapses if it is filled another way or not filled within 3 months. The replacement is not re-guaranteed, but the Ramp Fee applies on the same basis. It gives a replacement, not a refund.
Car allowance and company car
Car allowance is included at 15%. A company car adds £1,000 + VAT.
Fixed-term contracts
Under 12 months, pro rata with a six-month minimum, so never less than half the fee.
Cancellation
A 50% fee if an offer is withdrawn after written acceptance.
Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days.
